If an item doesn’t work out, no problem! Rally Girls will happily fully refund unused, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached. 

If you do not ship your package using the return label we provide you, we cannot guarantee the merchandise if it is lost in the mail.

All merchandise must be returned to our shipping department within thirty (30) business days from the date you received your shipment. Once your return is received, we will refund the items onto the original credit card that was used. Please allow ten (10) business days for your refund to be processed. We will notify you via email when your return is accepted and your refund has been processed.

Please note, any original shipping charges are non-refundable. All sale items and gift card purchases are final sale.
